Callvcal is a vehicle ecosystem platform that provides:

• Smart Parking: Discovery and booking of hourly parking spaces in Bengaluru.
• Monthly Parking: Long-term parking subscriptions and reserved spot bookings.
• Vehicle Rentals: Short and long-term vehicle rental listings.
• Vehicle Marketplace: Buy and sell vehicles through our platform.
• Mobility Software: SaaS tools for parking operators and fleet managers.
• Callvcal Wallet: Digital wallet for seamless payments across Services.

We act as a technology platform connecting users with parking space owners and service providers. Callvcal is not directly responsible for the physical condition, safety, or availability of listed parking spaces.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform without written permission.
• Use the Services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or advertisements.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

Parking space owners who list their spaces on Callvcal ("Space Owners") represent and warrant that:

• They have the legal right to list and rent out the parking space.
• The listing information is accurate, including location, price, and availability.
• The space complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• They will honour confirmed bookings made through the platform.

Callvcal reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

All content on Callvcal — including logos, design, text, graphics, software, and data — is the property of Callvcal Technology or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or content without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Parking spaces listed will be available, safe, or as described.
• Any information obtained through the Services will be accurate or reliable.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callvcal Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Damage to or theft of your vehicle while parked at a listed location.
• Conduct of parking space owners, operators, or other users.
• Errors, interruptions, or data loss related to the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Callvcal in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Callvcal Technology and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
