Marketplacerefers to buying, selling, leasing, advertising, or listing vehicles through Callvcal.
Parking Serviceincludes digital parking discovery, reservations, check-in, check-out, payments, subscriptions, and parking management.
Rental Serviceincludes vehicle rentals, subscriptions, and related mobility services.
Fleet Managementmeans management of commercial or organizational vehicles.
Society Managementmeans visitor management, resident management, access control, and related apartment services.
Travel Servicesinclude transportation booking, trip management, and driver hiring.
Platformmeans every product operated by Callvcal Technology Private Limited.

Eligibility

To use Callvcal:

Insurance information
Service reminders
Digital documents
Society registrations
Fleet assignments

The Digital Vehicle Identity is intended to improve service efficiency and user convenience.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with their Digital Vehicle Identity is accurate and up to date.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Platform lawfully.
Provide accurate information.
Respect other users.
Comply with traffic laws.
Comply with parking regulations.
Comply with rental agreements.
Maintain valid licences where required.
Keep vehicle documents current.
Maintain required insurance where applicable.
Pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, tolls, fines, and penalties arising from your use of the Platform or related services.
Cooperate with lawful investigations.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Upload false information.
Commit fraud.

Circumvent security features.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Reverse engineer the Platform except where expressly permitted by law.
Interfere with platform operations.
Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code.

Manipulate pricing.
Create duplicate accounts to gain unfair benefits.
Scrape, copy, or harvest data without authorization.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

Callvcal may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts and cooperation with law enforcement.

Callvcal provides technology solutions that enable users to discover, reserve, access, and pay for parking spaces operated by Callvcal or independent parking operators.

ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)
Smart Boom Barrier Access
Digital receipts
Parking subscriptions
Monthly parking passes
Visitor parking
EV charging parking (where available)

The availability of these services may vary depending on the parking location.

Parking Reservations

Users may reserve parking spaces through the Platform.

A reservation does not guarantee parking availability where:

  • incorrect vehicle information is provided;
  • the reservation is cancelled or expires;
  • the vehicle arrives outside the permitted reservation period;
  • the parking operator declines entry for safety, legal, or operational reasons;
  • circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent access.

Callvcal does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every parking location.

While using parking services, users agree to:

  • follow all parking instructions;
  • obey security personnel;
  • display valid parking passes when required;
  • park only in authorized spaces;
  • not occupy reserved spaces without authorization;
  • follow speed limits within parking facilities;

All applicable taxes, government levies, and convenience fees may apply unless otherwise stated.

Parking Liability

Callvcal provides a digital platform connecting users with parking operators.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Callvcal does not own, operate, supervise, or insure every parking facility listed on the Platform.

Parking operators remain responsible for:

  • facility operations;
  • staffing;
  • security arrangements;
  • maintenance;
  • physical infrastructure;
  • emergency response.

Users acknowledge that parking is at their own risk.

Callvcal shall not be responsible for:

vehicle theft;
attempted theft;
vandalism;
accidents;
damage caused by third parties;
weather-related damage;
natural disasters;
mechanical failures;
personal belongings left inside vehicles.

Nothing in this clause limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Vehicle Rental Services

Callvcal may facilitate vehicle rentals through itself or third-party rental partners.

monthly rentals;

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that listings are:

  • lawful;

Listings must not include:

stolen vehicles;
fraudulent documents;
misleading photographs;
false pricing;
counterfeit products;
prohibited goods.

Callvcal reserves the right to edit, suspend, reject, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Marketplace Transactions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Callvcal acts only as a technology platform connecting buyers and sellers.

Callvcal does not guarantee:

vehicle quality;
ownership;
title;
roadworthiness;
authenticity;
legal compliance;
seller credibility;
buyer credibility.

Buyers are responsible for independently verifying:

ownership;
documents;
registration;
insurance;
service history;
vehicle condition;
outstanding loans;
legal status.

Fleet Management

Businesses may use Callvcal to manage fleets.

Fleet features may include:

vehicle management;
driver assignment;
maintenance scheduling;

Businesses remain solely responsible for:

driver conduct;
vehicle maintenance;
insurance;
statutory compliance;
permits;
employee management.

Society & Apartment Management

Callvcal provides digital tools for residential societies.

Features may include:

resident registration;
visitor management;
digital visitor passes;
vehicle registration;
boom barrier integration;
QR entry;
ANPR access;
security dashboard;
notices;
resident communication.

Society administrators remain responsible for enforcing their own community rules and applicable laws.

Callvcal may facilitate travel bookings.

Services may include:

driver hiring;
travel operators;
airport transfers;
tour vehicles;
business travel;
corporate transportation.

Callvcal does not guarantee uninterrupted transportation services where such services are provided by independent operators.

Business Partner Platform

Businesses may register as Business Partners.

Business Partners may include:

parking operators;
vehicle rental companies;
dealerships;
fleet operators;
apartment societies;
travel agencies;
mobility providers.

Business Partners agree to:

  • provide accurate business information;
  • maintain necessary licences;
  • comply with applicable laws;
  • provide truthful pricing;
  • honor confirmed bookings;
  • maintain professional conduct.

Business Partner Responsibilities

Business Partners remain solely responsible for:

services they provide;
employees;
pricing;
taxes;
permits;
statutory registrations;
labour law compliance;
customer interactions;
physical infrastructure;
business operations.

Callvcal is not responsible for contractual disputes between Business Partners and customers except to the extent required by applicable law.

Payments

Payments may be made through supported methods including:

UPI;
credit cards;
debit cards;
net banking;
digital wallets;
payment gateways;
future payment methods supported by Callvcal.

Users authorize Callvcal and its payment partners to process payments necessary for providing requested services.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Platform may include or exclude applicable taxes, convenience fees, platform fees, or government charges, as indicated during checkout.

Prices may change at any time before a booking or transaction is confirmed.

Confirmed bookings will generally be charged according to the price presented at the time of confirmation, unless a pricing error or legal requirement requires correction.

Users and Business Partners are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to their transactions, including GST or other government-imposed taxes, unless otherwise specified by law.

Business Partners are responsible for issuing tax invoices where legally required.

Callvcal may provide:

  • promotional discounts;
  • cashback;
  • loyalty benefits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotional offers at any time, particularly in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or technical error.

Fraudulent use of promotional benefits may result in forfeiture of benefits and suspension or termination of the relevant account.

Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to users.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Callvcal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes.

Lease the Platform
Reverse engineer the Platform
Decompile the Platform

However, by uploading content, you grant Callvcal a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

Display
Process
Modify for formatting
Publish
Reproduce
Distribute
Translate
Compress
Optimize
Use for operating the Platform

This license exists only for operating, improving, promoting, and securing the Platform.

Users agree not to upload content that:

Contains terrorist content

Callvcal does not warrant that:

Services will always be uninterrupted.
Errors will never occur.
Every parking location will be available.
Marketplace listings are accurate.
Rental vehicles are always available.
Business Partners will perform as expected.
GPS information is always accurate.
Maps are always current.
Third-party services will always function.

Users assume the risks associated with using the Platform.

Nothing in this clause excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Callvcal Technology Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits
Loss of revenue
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of goodwill
Data loss
Vehicle theft
Vehicle damage
Missed bookings
Parking disputes
Marketplace disputes
Rental disputes
Travel delays
Service interruptions
Network failures
Cyber incidents caused by third parties

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Callvcal Technology Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your misuse of the Platform;
  • Your violation of any applicable law;
  • Your infringement of third-party rights;
  • False information provided by you;
  • Your negligence or misconduct;

Performance of affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions or other mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms where appropriate.
